General Terms and Conditions

1. All sales are final. 

2. We do not accept returns of sold items. Once the order is received, we start sourcing the flowers or we may be in the process of designing and making your order. We may not be in a position to cancel your order.

3. Order confirmation is subject to payment if you are placing order via WhatsApp or iMessage or phone. We give 24 hrs for you to pay for order confirmation for orders placed two weeks in advance. Customer placing the order within two weeks from the delivery, a window of 2 hrs time apply for you to pay for order confirmation.  Beyond this given payment time period,  your order may not be accepted. 

4. We source fresh flowers once we receive the customer orders. Our orders are made for order/make to order, exceptions are imported fresh flower products. This is clearly mentioned on the product page for your reference.

5. Any damage or loss due to shipment or career is owned by the customer. Customers can request or pay for shipping insurance and it will be added to the cost.

6. We are happy to customize based upon event theme or dress colors.

7. Please schedule your pickup date and time with us while placing an order. Do connect with us if you want to reschedule your pickup date and/or time. The non-schedule pickups are not entertained. 

8. Some colors or specific flowers have a longer lead time due to availability and scarcity. Sometimes selected colors may not arrive or available in the local markets due to seasonality of flowers, weather conditions or any other unforeseen issues. If this situation arises we will provide you with alternatives. 

9. The shipping cost will be charged as per the courier. shipment orders need to be paid 100% full in advance that includes shipping cost.

10. We do local delivery with minimum charges. This depends on availability of resources.

11. Payment can be made via zelle, paypal, venmo or cash
