Rental Terms and Conditions

ACKNOWLEDGMENT  

This Equipment Rental Agreement mentions when it was made on date (as given in rental agreement is between SriSringar Creations/Owner  and renter name as mentioned in the rental agreement. 

The rental agreement is between the SriSringar Creations as owner(lessor) and renter (Lessee/customer).

The Renter acknowledges the equipment and the terms of this Agreement.

The Owner agrees to provide the Renter the following equipment/s found on the rental agreement document as given to renter. 

INTENT OF RENTAL 

The Renter complies that the equipment/s  or rental items will only be used for the following:  

1. For event decorations purpose only.

2. Make sure proper safety precautions are taken before installing, while operating, dismantling and handing over back to the owner/SriSringar Creations.

3. The renter needs to return the item or equiment in good condition. Inspect your rental item before signing the rental agreement. The state of rental return items need to be the same as ascertained during the inspection or at the time of taking the rental item on rent. Any specific item conditions can be written specifically on rental agreement before signing.

TERM

Rental agreemeent have duration. Renters need to abide by the duration written in the agreement. For renewal, a renewal agreement was needed or confirmation by SriSringar Creations(Owner) is needed via WhatsApp or iMessage or any other agreed upon medium of communication. Renewals are subject to availability of items.

RENTAL PAYMENTS

The rental shall be as applicable in rental agreement. It will be due at the time of confirmation. If the customer opts for delivery, delivery charges will be as per the delivery fee mentioned in the agreement. Payment can be made via zelle, paypal, venmo or cash. Payment receipt/s shall be made available in electronic form on customer request. In cases where renters failed to pay within 5 days (from the renewal date or agreement date), a late fee of 15% per week will be applied in addition to the applicable rental fee. 

SECURITY DEPOSIT OR CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

Renter agrees to pay the security deposit as stipulated in rental agreement. This should be refunded upon returning the rental item or termination of agreement. The security deposit will cover for any damages to rental items or replacement fee. Card authorization will be taken to cover the security deposit. 

INSURANCE 

The Renter agrees to purchase and maintain appropriate insurance for the rented items or equipment as needed. The certificate of insurance will be given to the Owner upon request. 

ALTERATIONS, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR OR LOSS 

1. The Renter shall keep the equipment or rental items in good condition.
2. The Renter will be responsible for any damage caused which means the Renter will cover all of the expenses in fixing it.
3. The Renter will be responsible for the loss of equipment. The Renter agrees to pay or replace  the equipment in addition to loss fee of $1000 per item each quantity. 

4. Written permission from the Owner is needed for any alterations.

5. You will be charged a minimum fee of $500 for missing or damaged item of one each. For Missing or Damaged Brass item, the minimum charge will be $1000 per item for each quantity.
The Renter is obliged to return the equipment in good condition. 

OTHER RULES

A. The Renter agrees not to allow the usage of the equipment by an unauthorized person.
B. The Renter agrees not to use the equipment in a way to disturb the peace in the surroundings or in the environment.
C. The Renter agrees not to use the equipment in violation of the law. 

INDEMNIFICATION 

The Owner and the Equipment free and harmless from any liabilities like accidents, loss of equipment, injury or death of a person/s. 

AMENDMENT

The Agreement can only be changed or modified through written consent of both parties involved.
